Admin role questions

Why can’t I remove the admin role from a user?

If a user is the last admin for a plant, the system prevents removal to ensure at least one admin remains. Assign the admin role to another team member first.

How do I transfer admin rights?

Open the Team view, assign the admin role to the intended user via the context menu, then remove the role from the previous admin.

General user questions

Can the bot read and analyze electrical schematics?

No, the bot can’t analyze electrical schematics at the moment but it is in progress

Are typical machine errors stored as data?

This lies in the responsibility of the Machine Manufacturer if he wants to provide this data, but it is possible

Can the bot provide a list of tools required for the repair?

Yes, if you specifically ask the bot can provide you this information

How fast and easy can I as an End-User create a new login for a new user?

It only takes 10 minutes if you are not registered, but if this already happened it is even faster. There is no human check from any.site needed.

If Machine manufacturers want to bring their own bot to the platform, we have a tool to test the quality of the bot. We are responsible to test the quality of the bots on the any.site platform.
