There is a prompting video from Blockbrain that provides all the information needed to use the full potential of the bot.
How fast and easy can I as an end user create a new login for a new user?
It only takes 10 minutes if you are not registered, but if this has already happened it is even faster. No human check from any.site is needed.
How does any.site ensure that the information given by the AI bot is correct?
Bot providers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their bots' responses. any.site requires bot providers to test and validate their bots before making them available on the platform.
How does any.site ensure that the data of the bot provider is safe and secure?
Bot providers are responsible for the security of their data. They choose their own technology providers — such as Blockbrain — who are responsible for handling and securing that data according to their own standards and agreements with the bot provider.
Admin
Why can’t I remove the admin role from a user?
If a user is the last admin for a plant, the system prevents removal to ensure at least one admin remains. Assign the admin role to another team member first.
How do I transfer admin rights?
Open the Team view, assign the admin role to the intended user via the context menu, then remove the role from the previous admin.
Who can view subscription information?
Company admins can view subscription details through the profile dropdown. Members may see usage alerts when performing actions that affect limits.
Can I still add users after reaching the limit?
Yes, you can add users even after reaching the limit. An alert will appear, and our support team will contact you to discuss upgrading your plan.
