Configured SAP notifications, SAP orders, and ServiceNow incidents can now open any.site directly. After signing in when needed, any.site opens the Bot assigned to the ticket’s equipment and adds the ticket to the new conversation, so troubleshooting starts with the relevant context.

Source links in copied responses and PDF exports now open the page where a document was cited. When a document is cited in several locations, the main source opens at the beginning of the document while each individual citation opens at its cited page.

Plant admins can now search existing company users by email and select multiple team members in the Add people dialog. Existing plant members and duplicate entries are filtered out, and selected email addresses remain visible in a scrollable list when adding several people.

You can now export a completed conversation as a PDF from the conversation list. The export preserves the conversation structure, bot responses, user selections, and available sources for review or sharing.

An experimental feedback survey is now shown for eligible conversations that finish in under 60 seconds. When you leave the chat or start another conversation, the survey appears next to the conversation in the list so you can quickly describe what happened.

When editing an existing bot, saving could occasionally fail with a server error. This issue has been fixed so that changes to bot details are now saved reliably.

On first login, users see a welcome message with an overview of their subscription plan. The subscription page shows all available subscription plans, and customers can contact sales or support directly to request an upgrade.

System-wide and contextual banners are now displayed in order of priority. Banners appear one at a time at the top of the screen, with color indicating urgency (red, yellow, blue). When a banner is dismissed, the next relevant banner is automatically shown. This ensures important notices and warnings are always clear and prioritized.
