Grant Bot Access to a Bot User Company: Bot providers can now easily grant access to their bots to existing companies. Simply search for a company by email, and upon successful granting, the company and its users will gain access. The system provides clear feedback for both successful grants and cases where a company is not yet registered or the user lacks the correct role. This also includes proper logging for audit trails.

Create New Company After First User Registration: New users who don’t have an existing company invite can now create a new company directly within the application. After registration of a new company the any.site support team has to be approach to enable the new company. The registering user automatically becomes the company administrator and will see a waiting screen for company approval.

Registered Company Information: All users of a company can now access a read-only "Company Information" page from the company menu/top-bar. Company administrators are now empowered to update their company profile details, such as company name, address, and contact information, through an accessible edit form.

Aggregated Counts KPIs Overview: A new dashboard view is available for bot providers, offering aggregated count KPIs across all their bots. This includes total unique users, added machine instances, and a table detailing each bot’s users, machines, and associated companies.

Show Bot Statistics Only for Bots Owned by the Bot-Provider-Company: Bot statistics displayed in the "More Information" view are now correctly scoped to only show data for bots owned by the respective bot-provider company.

Error Handling: Page Not Found, Can’t Load Data, and Chat Unavailable: We’ve implemented a clearer and more consistent error handling experience. Users will now see dedicated error pages for "Page Not Found" (for invalid URLs), "Can’t Load Data" (when data fetching fails), and "Chat Unavailable" (when the third-party chat component doesn’t load).

Plant View Not Updating on Mutations: Fixed a bug where the plant view did not refresh after mutations (e.g., deleting an bot), requiring a manual refresh to see changes.

Dark Mode Looks Very Broken: Addressed visual issues when the application was accessed in dark mode. Dark mode is now disabled to prevent UI breakage.

Bot Provider Dashboard with Key Metrics: A new dashboard provides bot providers with an aggregated overview of their bots, including total users and added machine instances.

Targeted Bot Statistics: Bot statistics in the "More Information" section now display relevant data only for the bots owned by the respective provider.

New Bot User Company Registration: Newly registered users without company affiliation can now directly register a new company.

Easy Company Addition (for Bot Providers): A new button allows bot providers to generate and share a copyable registration link.

Bot User Admin Rights Management: Company admins can now grant or revoke admin rights. The system ensures that at least one administrator is always present per location.

Improved Error Handling: Clear and consistent error messages for "Page Not Found," "Cannot Load Data," or "Chat Unavailable," including direct contact options for support.

Correct View Update After Deletion: Issues with views not updating correctly after deleting locations or instances have been resolved. The display is now always current, and deleting a location redirects users to an appropriate overview page.

General Bug Fixes: Various minor bug fixes to improve system stability and user experience.

User Feedback Function
While chatting with a bot, users can provide their satisfaction through a star rating and a free-text feedback option. This feedback contributes to the continuous improvement of the service.

Admin role management
Admins can now assign and remove admin rights from the Team view.

Easier access to your bots
The left navigation now includes a "My Knowledge Bots" view for your company’s bots and an "All Knowledge Bots" view for admins; labels and breadcrumbs were updated to make bots easier to find.

Optimized Invitation Workflow
Texts and phrasings within the invitation workflow have been revised to enhance clarity and user-friendliness.

User & Plant Management (for Bot-User-Admins)
Company bot user admins can now invite new users to a plant by email. Once registered, these users are automatically assigned to the appropriate company and plant. Admins can now see a list of all users assigned to a specific plant, including their access permissions and account status. Admins can assign registered users to plants, giving them access to the relevant machine knowledge bots.

Knowledge Bots & Chat
Bot-User company admins can now chat with any bot assigend to their company before adding it to a plant, so that they can be tested beforehand. Chat history is now expanded by default when you open a chat window.

Bot Statistics for Bot Providers
Bot providers can now view statistics for their bots on the "more information" page. This includes data on which companies are using the bots, user counts, and the number of machine instances.

Help & Documentation
The "Help" section is now live. You can find links to Help Documentation in the site header and footer. A "Need help getting started?" link has been added to the login page for easy access to documentation.

Fixed an issue that prevented users from accessing bots from different bot-providers on the platform. All accessible bots should now load correctly.

Introduction of Breadcrumbs for Easier Navigation
To make it easier to find your way around the platform, we have introduced breadcrumb navigation. You can now see your exact location at the top left at all times (e.g., Plant A > Machine XYZ > Chat). Each part of the path is clickable, allowing you to quickly return to parent pages.

Detail Pages for Machine Instances
Each machine instance now has its own "More Information" page. Users can view specific details such as an description, the inventory number, the date it was added, and the user who added it, providing a complete overview of each machine in the plant.

No More Duplicate Names When Editing
A bug that allowed renaming a plant or machine to an already existing name has been fixed. The system now checks for duplicates during edits as well (case-insensitively) to ensure the uniqueness of all names.

Waiting Screen for New Users (#817)
Newly registered users will now see an information screen after logging in. It explains that their account requires activation by our support team. A "Contact Support" button directly opens a pre-filled email to speed up the activation process.

Detail Pages for Machine Instances (#836)
Each machine instance now has its own "More Information" page. Users can view specific details such as inventory number, the date it was added, and the license type to get a complete overview of each machine in their plant.

Dedicated View for Bot Providers (#907)
OEM admins now have their own dedicated view. After logging in, they will see their company information and have direct access to all of their Knowledge Bots for easy testing and management.

Unrestricted Chat Access for Admins (#838)
Plant admins can now chat not only with the bots in their plant but also with all available bots on the "All Machines" page. This allows them to test new bots before adding them to their plant.

Restricted Visibility for Plant Users (#858)
Access rights have been refined: users will now only see the plants, machines, and team members they are assigned to. This ensures a clean and secure environment focused on relevant information.

Duplicate Plant and Machine Names Prevented (#887)
A bug that allowed creating plants or machines with identical names has been fixed. The system now prevents duplicates, ensuring a clean data structure.

Deletion of Plants and Machines Restored (#923)
An issue that blocked the deletion of plants and machine instances has been resolved. Administrators can now perform these management tasks as expected.

Support for German and English
Our application is now multilingual, supporting both German and English. The language is automatically selected based on your web browser’s settings to provide you with an intuitive and user-friendly experience in your preferred language.

Deleting Plants and Instances
Administrators now have the ability to delete plants that are no longer needed or were created in error. This helps to keep the workspace clean and tidy.

Restricted Visibility for Plant Users
Visibility for users has been optimized. Users can now only view and interact with information and features relevant to the specific plant(s) they are assigned to. This ensures a clear and focused work environment.

Chat History Persists After Re-Login
Your chat history with the knowledge bots will now be fully retained even after logging out and back in. You can access previous conversations at any time and seamlessly pick up where you left off.
